Cone-beater mechanism
The batter is the key to ensure the crispy taste and smooth injection of the egg cone after forming. The insufficient fusion of sugar and flour in the batter during mixing will affect the taste of the final product. The insufficient fineness of the batter will cause the injection nozzle to be blocked, thus affecting the formation of the cake slices. Our beating system uses a high-speed motor of 1500 revolutions per minute to beat the batter. The special vertical fan blades will form a vortex during beating to more fully blend the flour and sugar, which not only solves the problem of the egg cone's finished product not being crispy enough, but also makes the beaten batter more delicate and smooth, and the injection is smooth and unblocked.
Cone-grouting pump mechanism
The grouting system is the root of ensuring the consistency of the size and thickness of the cake slices. If the grouting accuracy is inaccurate, the thickness of the cake slices will be different and the cake slices will be incomplete, which will affect the forming of the egg cone and reduce the yield rate. Our high-precision piston grouting system can achieve the same grouting amount each time during grouting, ensuring the consistency of the diameter and thickness of the baked cake slices, thereby improving the yield rate of the entire line.
Cone-baking system
1. The combustion system is the key to reducing production costs for customers. Our products can adjust the firepower according to needs. By adjusting the mixing ratio of gas and air, the gas combustion is more complete. If the gas combustion is not complete, it will cause waste of resources, increase customer costs, and produce harmful gases. The specially designed burner makes the gas combustion more complete, increases the utilization rate of gas, and thus reduces the production cost of egg cones;
2. In order to ensure the consistency of color of each egg cone and reduce the color difference of the egg cone, the upper and lower fire channels make the cake slices baked more evenly in the mold. The honeycomb baking tray increases the heating area of the baking tray, which can make the baking tray have better heat absorption performance and better temperature locking ability, reducing each cake The temperature difference of the slices during baking ensures that the cake slices are baked more evenly and the color of the finished product is highly consistent;
3. During the baking process of the cake slices, good insulation equipment can not only better reduce the temperature of the production site, but also prevent the temperature loss in the oven, making the temperature in the oven more stable, while reducing the temperature of the oven surface to prevent operators from being burned by high temperatures. Our equipment uses double-layer insulation, with galvanized sheet insulation inside and insulation cotton inside the external stainless steel door, which can reduce the temperature of the factory to the greatest extent, reduce the heat loss inside the oven, and make the temperature inside the oven more stable, so that the cake slices will not have uneven color due to excessive temperature difference during the baking process, thereby ensuring the consistency of the color of the cake slices.
