Mechanical Grabbing Mechanism
The mechanical gripper serves as the crucial link between the baking plates and the rolling head. The success rate of transferring baked wafers directly impacts the overall product yield of the entire line.
To enhance the transfer success rate, our mechanical grabbers are engineered to precisely synchronize with the speed of the baking plates. Applying a slight pre-pressure during the transfer process minimizes the impact force on the wafers. This careful control significantly reduces breakage and ensures a higher success rate when feeding wafers into the rolling mechanism. As a result, wastage is minimized, and the overall efficiency and finished product rate of the production line are maximized.
Rolling System
The rolling system is the final step in shaping the perfect ice cream cone. Our design utilizes a fully mechanical rolling and demolding structure, greatly increasing the system’s durability and service life.
Special materials are used for both the outer sleeve and the inner cone to prevent the wafers from sticking during the rolling process. This ensures smooth operation and maintains a high product yield. Additionally, our cone rod spring design uses purely mechanical action to guarantee consistent and successful demolding. This not only improves the reliability and efficiency of the rolling system but also extends its lifespan, ultimately reducing maintenance costs for customers.
