Cooling Fan for Skin: After baking, a cooling fan is used to cool the spring roll skin, ensuring it remains crisp and retains the ideal texture before further processing.
Filling Injection Machine: Once the spring roll skin is ready, the filling injection machine efficiently deposits the desired filling, such as minced meat, shredded vegetables, red bean paste, taro paste, or even cheese. This machine supports a variety of filling types, making it versatile for different tastes.
Layering & Folding Mechanism: Our spring roll production line is equipped with unique air-assisted layering and folding mechanisms, which ensure that the filling is securely wrapped. Automatic Packaging and Freezing: After rolling, the spring rolls are packaged and frozen, preparing them for shipping or further frying before consumption.
